AI Translation Checker – Instructions
This tool automatically checks translations against the given guidelines, then generates an Excel report for review. The report helps you quickly identify issues and verify translation quality.
How to Use
- Upload your translation file (.xlf, .sdlxliff) into the tool.
- The AI automatically checks each segment against the guideline.
- Once complete, download the generated Excel file for detailed review.
- Open the Excel file and check the AI Comment and Severity columns for evaluation results.
Excel Report Columns
- No – Running index number.
- Instruction Point – Which guideline was applied during the check.
- File / Segment – The file name or segment ID being reviewed.
- Source – The original text.
- Target – The translated text.
- AI Comment – AI feedback or suggestion about the translation.
- Severity – Status for the check.
💡 Tip: Use the Excel filters to quickly sort by “Fail” or specific guideline points for focused review.
